The manual also contains the details of who is responsible for the daily, weekly or monthly maintenance for your website and hosting.

I provide the manual in PDF format, so details cannot be accidentially deleted.
If I loose the manual will you provide another one
Yes. We will keep your client portal open for 6 months once the project is completed. If you need it outside of that please contact us
Is this a complicated document?
I have laid this out in clear sections, so this is easy to follow.
What if the details change?
If you are under a maintenance plan we will keep the manual up to date. If not please contact us to discuss the changes.
